We’re really proud to share that we’ve achieved ISO 45001 certification, an internationally recognised standard for managing health, safety, and well-being at work. 

For us, this isn’t just about a certificate. It’s a reflection of the strength of our SAFETY F1RST culture and the everyday choices our people make to look out for themselves and each other. 

ISO 45001 recognises that health and safety isn’t a bolt-on – it’s about leadership, listening to colleagues, learning from experience, and continuously improving how we work. It reinforces the importance of creating environments where people feel safe to speak up, confident that concerns will be taken seriously, and supported to work safely and well. 

This achievement belongs to everyone who lives our SAFETY F1RST values day in, day out – from spotting hazards early, to sharing lessons learned, to doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
