What to Expect in Your First Week

Your first week will be packed with inductions and meetings that will give you a great introduction to how we work together as one big team.
At Flogas, we’re all really passionate about what we do, so get ready to learn a lot in your first few days! As you meet people from different areas of the business, feel free to ask lots of questions and get to know who does what. Don’t worry if you don’t remember everything straight away – people here are always happy to help and answer any questions that pop up later on.
Your line manager will also organise training specific to your role over the next few weeks. They’ll fill you in on all the details during your first few days.

Your line manager will give you your personal login details during your first week. MyHR is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, so you can manage everything on the go! Things to Look Out for in Your First Month

In your first month, you’ll be invited to a virtual induction led by our amazing in-house Training team. This session will give you a great overview of Flogas Britain, our products, and some helpful tips to get you settled in.

Our trainers are super knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions, so don’t hesitate to ask anything that’s on your mind!
